Ok condition. Some marks on the front and back cover, wear to the corner of the spine by the front cover at the bottom. An overturn to the bottom of the front cover with creasing. Marks, scratches & general wear from storage, the first page is partially visible and has a small overturn.The first ten or so pages have a tiny tear at the bottom of the page and some a tiny overturn.
