Fair condition. Front cover is completely detached and has four tears to the side by the spine and two to the other side. Also one more at the bottom of the cover. Two large creases to both sides. The rest of the body is in ok condition. The spine has much yellowing and creasing. Wear to the edges of the back cover particularly to the side of the spine. The staples have not rusted, the first five or so pages have a large crease to the side - the same as the front cover.
