Fair condition. The spine is in a bad way, it has wear at the staple points and paper coming away at the top - peeling away at the bottom - see image. A pencil or crayon mark has run across the front cover in a curve. Lots of marks but mostly in good condition for it's age. Some pages have a few ink marks inside. The staples have rusted inside and some pages are coming away from the pages.
